Understanding the results & deciding on a plan of action

STAGE A - Understanding what can be built today with the current urban plans. Meaning what can be built by filing a permit request with the city hall.

1-2 years until beginning of construction

STAGE B - Understanding what urban plan can be filed with the city hall (local authority) and then proceed with the permit.
